Corporate Responsibly

Corporate Responsibly is something we focus on at PJ Mc Loughlin and as an area with broad responsibilities we came up with an umbrella policy called the ‘McLoughlin Policy’.

PJMCL, Plan, Join, Measure, Correct, Lead. This is our company base line when implementing and enforcing polices within the company. Planning the polices and steps then joining all relevant stakeholders for their views and insights, after steps have been implemented, we then measure those steps and polices for effectiveness. The final steps are corrected or modified if needed and lead that finished policy.

Health & Safety

PJ Mc Loughlin is dedicated to the safety and welfare of individuals in the workplace, the company’s health and safety management ensure that all polices comply with Legislation Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and European standards. PJ Mc Loughlin holds Safe-T-Cert which is only given yearly when evidence is provided that continued health and safety goals and standards are met or improved.

It is our company’s commitment to maintain the safety of others on all our projects and office environments. PJ Mc Loughlin holds an excellent safety track record. We are focused on continuous investment in safety awareness and training in regular intervals.

As a company which strives towards standards, we also strive towards changing standards within Legislation and European laws while adapting and setting standards towards ISO 45001.
